As some of you may know I am notoriously bad at picking fights to bet on. With that said, here are list of underdogs that are worth consideration. Are they sure things? No. However sometimes i see the odds on a fight and I can't believe it. I am not remotely responsible for anyone who sees this and puts any money down on a fight. MMA is too unpredictable, which is why I never put money on it.
UFC 148
Renan Barao (-160)
I think this line might change a little but I really like Barao in this fight and I think he is going to knock Faber absolutely silly.
UFC on Fuel 4
Mark Munoz (-105)
At dead even I would take Munoz in this fight every day. I think he is much more dangerous than the generally boring and safe wrestling of Weidman.
Strikeforce: Rockhold vs Kennedy
Tim Kennedy (+230)
Honestly not sure about this line. Kennedy is a gamer and I am not totally sold on the top 10 status of the Strikeforce champ. At these odds it might be worth a small bet on the big underdog.
UFC 151
Dan Henderson (+450)
I wouldn't put big money on this because I think Jones should outmatch Henderson but at +450 (or anywhere near that number) you have to consider putting a bit down on one of the greatest fighters in the history of the sport. He can knock any man walking the earth out cold.
